Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountain. Bed and bath linen are provided.

You will have a bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for one bed , extra charge €10 for extra sheets. Household products are provided.

A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
