Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Studio with independent entrance located in our main residence including lounge area, equipped kitchenette lounge area, office area, shower room with toilet, king size bed located on the mezzanine. The garden of the house adjoining the studio and at your disposal, pétanque court. Pets are allowed with pleasure as long as you incorporate it into the reservation. Comfortable fully-equipped accommodation in a residential area. This is the garden level at the back of the house. This accommodation is ideal for a peaceful return to work thanks to a secure courtyard to park your vehicle and a private garden. This accommodation is also suitable for itinerant workers. 1 km away, Intermarché, restaurants, Basic Fit 24h, exit 33 of the A77. Little cleaning on your departure: the robot vacuum cleaner takes care of cleaning the floors.
