A historic property, renovated in 2020. The apartment is spread over three floors connected by spiral staircases. Situated in the open countryside, the house is accessed via a driveway shared with another private residence, with parking available right next to the building. As the driveway is old and somewhat narrow, a second parking area is provided for larger vehicles; guests are advised to contact the host for further details. The layout includes two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds (situated as a walkthrough space between the staircase and the second double bedroom), a terrace, an eat-in kitchen, and a small sitting area. There is also a library. The property offers 150 square meters of usable living space.

Living in the Old Town

At the foot of Matese, where the ancient Samnites settled and built the city of Bojano, a bending road takes you to Civita Superiore, a medieval village. Walking through the narrow streets between the ancient houses, you feel immersed in other times. Arriving at the square, a spectacular view of the Bojano plain and the surrounding villages opens. The remains of the Norman castle above and the somewhat wild nature invite the visitor to discover the place but also to stop and enjoy the silence and tranquility of the place. The Bed & Breakfast "la Borgata" is located in the centre of the village, 1 metre from the first square where you park your car. A cozy room and rich breakfast complete the pleasure of your stay.
