A historic property, renovated in 2020. The apartment is spread over three floors connected by spiral staircases. Situated in the open countryside, the house is accessed via a driveway shared with another private residence, with parking available right next to the building. As the driveway is old and somewhat narrow, a second parking area is provided for larger vehicles; guests are advised to contact the host for further details. The layout includes two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds (situated as a walkthrough space between the staircase and the second double bedroom), a terrace, an eat-in kitchen, and a small sitting area. There is also a library. The property offers 150 square meters of usable living space.
