Charming and historic detached house, just a short walk from the port, renovated in 2020 while preserving the characteristic shape of the ceiling. In a unique location, it is one of the first detached houses in Via Quercia (a quiet street, away from the chaos), 50 meters from the central BUS station and the dock where the hydrofoils dock, as well as from the beginning of the center reserved for pedestrian passage.
