Es sind jeweils traditionelle Steinhäuser, die im Laufe der letzten Jahre innen geschmackvoll modernisiert und komfortabel ausgestattet wurden. Abseits vom Tourismus, doch nur wenige Gehminuten ins malerische, historische Dorf von Valldemossa mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars...

Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Heating, air conditioning and WIFI throughout the house. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families (with children).

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Very peaceful and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its environmental conservation efforts. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.
