Cosy private detached from main house large room

Private entrance,dressing room, large corner shower , making the area totally self sufficient and private. The living room area is the same room as the sleeping area. With a Divan bed, 1 double Sofa bed. 1.7 miles to Ascot Racecourse, 2 miles to Ascot Station, 4.5 miles to Legoland, 7 miles to Windsor, 9 miles to Thorpe Park. Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.
