The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

A Nest in the Valley

Nestled in the hills of Val Trebbia at 800 meters above sea level, just 10 minutes from Borgo dei Borghi, Bobbio (PC), is our "Nido sulla valle". It is a recently renovated house from the early 1900s with a private entrance and courtyard, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom and second double bedroom. The Gae house has three large bedrooms, two of which have a bathroom, and a large kitchen with a dishwasher. In the hills of Val Trebbia – Casa Glicine P.1

Casa Glicine, so called for the large wisteria at the entrance of the house, is in a commanding position, on the top of the hill overlooking the valley. This allows you to have complete peace, being immersed in nature. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, so it is suitable for remote work. There are two trattorias within a 10-minute drive and the village can be reached in 15, through a paved road. The playground shared with any guests of Casa Sasso is much appreciated.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
