Minimalist, cozy, rustic and beautifully located on the high Dörnberg above the town of Zierenberg near Kassel. In the immediate vicinity is an Icelandic horse farm and the restaurant Bergcafé Friedrichstein. Within walking distance you can reach the glider airfield (one of the oldest glider areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the Helfensteine. The area is very popular for its hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the lime grasslands.

Bicycles and children's vehicles, there is plenty of fun and real vacation flair. Dogs are welcome (please specify when booking).
