The train station is about 600 m away. The apartment is in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

In addition to the farm facilities, which are still used for agricultural purposes, the property includes a historic house from the early 18th century. century, including the garden.
