Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Each room is equipped with a bedroom and bathroom with large shower. The decor is typical of rural tradition and a large fireplace characterize the kitchen and tea room on the ground floor.

Enjoy the unique atmosphere in 'Oasi del Convento', a beautiful apartment in a former monastery from 1476. Built in the time when Leonardi da Vinci painted his masterpieces. The apartment has a private garden, a private parking space and a separate entrance. Outside, it is wonderful to enjoy the pool, in the private garden or in the courtyard.
