Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio, l'intero gruppo potrà accedere facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali. Appartamento con veranda che si affaccia sul Golfo di Arbatax, situato in una zona centrale, da dove si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia più vicina e il porticciolo turistico ma anche la zona della passeggiata.
