Comfortable Villa, 300mt from the beach!

Villa located in an ideal area to spend your holidays in complete relaxation, visit the magnificent beaches of Ogliastra, go trekking and taste the typical Sardinian products. Just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of San Gemiliano with bar also open in the evening (during the summer). Always nearby there are markets, restaurants and pizzerias and the main center (Tortoli). Suitable for spending a holiday together with a large group of friends or with your family.

Completely new structure very close to the world's most famous beaches of Su Barone and Osala, well connected to the town of Orosei, large garden available. In the house there is a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. Consumer products of any kind are not included in the house, however some courtesy products will be made available for the first arrival, which will be considered a complimentary gift for your vacation.
