La mia casa si trova a 50 m. dall'antica torre saracena che si affaccia sulle acque cristalline che caratterizzano tutta la costa ; a pochi metri si trovano un parco giochi realizzato tra gli splendidi ulivi secolari , diversi ristoranti , bar , gelaterie , negozi , bancomat e spiaggia... La mia casa è adatto a coppie che cercano un po'di tranquillità ,ad avventurieri solitari che amano la natura , a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La casa si trova inoltre a dieci minuti di macchina da Baunei per chi vuole cimentarsi con scalate ed escursioni nelle bellissime montagne .

La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. Ci sono zanzariere e persiane in ogni finestra. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere delle terrazze. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.

La casa si trova al centro della regione dell'Ogliastra, un territorio naturalistico di rara bellezza da scoprire in escursioni per mare e per terra davvero indimenticabili. La casa si trova a 200 metri dalla baia di Porto Frailis e a meno di 1 km da Arbatax, fa parte di un piccolo complesso di 7 villette indipendenti, circondate da un giardino recintato al cui interno puoi parcheggiare moto e auto. La zona è riservata ma vicinissima ai vivaci locali sul mare che si raggiungono a piedi.
