Finely furnished and air-conditioned, the apartment with sea view is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Cala Gonone. The dining/living room is connected to a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and access to a large veranda and air conditioning; in the bathroom, in addition to the essential services, there is a washing machine and a hairdryer.

It's on the second floor. It consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and 2 terraces for a total surface area of about 85 sqm. The house is on the hill behind the port and is 200 meters from the sea. The entrance is independent. We provide bed linen and towels. The garden is available for all guests. Free WiFi. Air conditioning on request (€0.80/kWh). Tourist tax is mandatory; the cost is €1.50 per person per day.

Romantic Nest

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

The apartment is located in the center of santa maria navarrese at 100 m. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes you can walk to the beaches of the center, restaurants,bars,pizzerias,pharmacy,playground for children, ATM etc... The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and mosquito nets in all windows including the large veranda window.

Independent entrance with an external staircase. Equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump, washing machine and all linens (sheets, towels and kitchen utensils). The neighborhood is quiet and parking is free. Great for families with children (we provide a crib, high chair, stroller, etc.).
