Its name translates to “Golden Bay.” Significant for the image of the place are the predominantly one-storey to two-storey, whitewashed houses in the so-called Ibiza style, which blend into the surrounding landscape. The cozy complex with only 24 units is located in the district of Cala Egos, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The individual coves with the turquoise shimmering water inspire us again and again.

My Casa Ferrera

The location of the vacation home is perfect, nice restaurants, cafes, bike rentals and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. You can stay in this vacation home without a car. Directly across the street from the house is a small supermarket. The beautiful beach bays of Cala Selena and Cala Ferrera are a 5-minute walk away, the marina of Cala d'Or is about 10 minutes. drive or 1/2 hour walk. In the pedestrian zone of Cala d'Or there are restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops.

All with hot/cold pump and fan. At the main entrance, a spacious living room with sea views, fireplace and television. At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

On the lower floor, it has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a furnished kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, oven, and a dishwasher, a large living room with a fireplace and TV. On the upper floor is a suite with a bathroom that leads to a covered terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
