Right in the historic center of Dives-sur-Mer and 1 km from the beaches of Cabourg, the outbuilding is located within a building dating from 1870. About 70 m², it consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 other with 3 single beds. Fully self-contained with private access. The gym, wellness area, and games room are located in the main house, accessible via the garden.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
