Located on the top floor without a lift, with a wide staircase and its own private parking space, this bright apartment is in a well-maintained residence with no neighbours opposite. It has a separate bedroom, a sofa bed and a travel cot. Close to all shops ( crossroads, bakery, restaurant ect ) from the port and the 4 lanes connecting Caen. Every Friday morning, a market is set up with its local products a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car, so I'm very responsive except for unforeseen events
