Well-stocked open plan kitchen. 2 Terraces overlooking Port-Bo Beach. Wifi (fiber optic) and smart TV. Baby kit available free of charge (crib, high chair, bathtub). The crib, which cannot be moved, is in the children's room (lower floor), not in the master bedroom (upper floor). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to avoid possible allergy problems. Access to the main room via the interior staircase. No parties or events allowed. Guests will enjoy a privileged situation without having to buy a ticket. Although we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the event, we offer a discount (already included in the final price) during the days of assembly, disassembly and concert. If you are not interested in the concert or do not want to experience any potential inconvenience, please do not request a reservation between June 29 and July 8. The price includes reasonable but limited use of electricity, gas and water. The central natural gas heating is connected only in winter and the air conditioning only in summer, between June 15 and September 15 or temperatures above 25°. Between seasons, when the outside temperature is pleasant and easily adjustable without technology (20°-25°) these amenities will not be available. Thermostat limited to 22° all year round. The use of glass items is not allowed on the upper deck where the jacuzzi is. Also, we want to remind you that the use of jacuzzis is not recommended for children. If in any case they made use, all liability will lie with the adult in charge. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area right in the center, between the church and the beach of the Port Bo. The only public parking in the village opens only in peak season. It is located at c/Chopitea 29, about 350mts away from the apartment and has 24h surveillance.
