It's perfect. It's got everything. An 8-minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best beach in Rosas, and 3 km from the centre. Luxurious neighbourhood. Parking space for 1 car. Yes, Wi-Fi. Great pool. Terrace for 4 people to enjoy a great meal. Large communal area with a summer lounge, which only 14 apartments have access to, so it's very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The sofa has a bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a gas cooker, a washing machine and a dryer.
