The house is located in the heart of the old town. It is an emblematic site that was part of the town's ancient wall. It was restored with a lot of style and good taste. As soon as you enter, the staircase leads up to a large living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, loft-style, with a small terrace and 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On the ground floor there is another studio-type room, with its own private bathroom, with capacity for 2/4 people.

Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level. Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
