The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our ground-floor vacation home in Dernbach is surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the A3 highway, and offers an ideal place to relax. Whether you are passing through, on a motorcycle tour or want to spend a relaxing time in the Puderbacher Land - this is the right place for you. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door, and in just a few steps you are surrounded by greenery.

Our barrier-free apartment is located in Urmitz and directly on the Rhine. The apartment in a quiet location is 70 sqm and has a glass facade facing the Rhine in the living room. You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
