Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. La Fossa offers this romantic cottage located in a pristine forest with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains that you can enjoy directly from the bed! The cottage is part of a small group of three independent houses. It has two bedrooms and a mosaic bathroom. The Italian breakfast, with homemade products, is included in the price.
