Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Diese ca. 40qm große Wohnung befindet sich in Buxtehude Neuland, direkt am Rande des Alten Landes. Fahrradausflüge durch das alte Land oder einen Bummel durch die ca. 1,3km entfernte Buxtehuder Altstadt sind von hier aus jederzeit möglich. Nach Hamburg kommt man bequem mit der S-Bahn, die circa 3 km von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Von Finkenwerder kann man gut mit der HVV Fähre zu den Landungsbrücken übersetzen, bis Finkenwerder sind es circa 12 km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in ca. 1,5km.

The perfect location is just 1.3 km from the Neukloster S-Bahn station. From there it is only 40 minutes to the jetties! The car can be parked free of charge right outside the door.

But of course, the house is just as suitable as a temporary home office (Airbus near Stade + Finkenwerder) or for just a relaxing time out in the countryside.
