Our approx. 70 m² first floor apartment is idyllically located in the center of the village opposite the church in Ketschendorf, a district of Buttenheim. This place in Upper Franconia is surrounded by forest and highland cattle at the foot of the Friesener Warte and at the gates of Franconian Switzerland. Here you can relax, start wonderful hiking and cycling trails right in front of the door, local climbing and beer gardens, a gliding airfield (Friesner Warte) and a popular mountain bike route.

The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The in the inside renovated house is more than 100 yrs old and is located on our organic farm with a small farmer´s shop. Our home is located in franconia: known for its tasty cheap food, an amazing nature and our historically important and our beautiful city Bamberg. By all means of transport (car, bike, train) you can easily reach city and nature. The self-checkin gives you great flexibility. Everyone, no matter from which culture or country is more than welcome!

Whisky distillery "BLAUE MAUS" Holiday apartment "Blaue Maus"

At a swinging height on the upper floor of our whiskey show distillery, we do without wooden-planked cabins and large-mesh hammocks. You are the captain of your vacation. First of all, of course, the flagship of your berth: a cozy double bed (dimensions: 1.60 m x 2.00 m); in the shallow waves behind it, a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet. At the back, the armada of a fully equipped galley with a small cozy seating area. A place with its own style.

New stylish, light-flooded apartment with wonderful view of the river bend of the Aisch. Very quiet location on the outskirts, wonderful for relaxing. Between Bamberg and Nuremberg. Within 10 minutes you can reach the A3 and A73 highways and are thus on a fast route in 20 minutes to Bamberg, 25 minutes to Erlangen and 45 minutes to Nuremberg. Shopping is 5 minutes away by car. Visit the traditional inns to eat carp and the special Christmas markets.

Our lovingly renovated vacation home (building biology) in the idyllic village of Ketschendorf offers space for up to 7 people on 150 square meters over three floors. A total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, two conservatories, a sauna, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen are available. In the dining area, a large dining table and a wood-burning stove with a cozy stove bench await you, which connects the kitchen and dining room.

Just be! The idyllic village of Vorra gives the impression that time has stood still. Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

The granny apartment is located in Melkendorf in rural Franconian Tuscany. The idyllic location near the World Heritage city of BAMBERG and FRANCONIAN SWITZERLAND, about 6 km away, offers charming contrasts between city and country.
