The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is located in the nearby area.

We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

22 minutes from the airport, the fully equipped apartment with private access (1 bedroom with a box spring double bed, 1 combined kitchen/living room, bathroom and wardrobe) is super central yet quiet in the popular district of Groß-Gerau. Public parking is available free of charge. The apartment, which is half in the basement, is south facing and therefore bright and friendly.

it's a really cosy, luminous apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. There is also a sauna in the apartment, which is for private use only for our guests. You will find some supplies for breakfast. It's a very comfortable place to stay for those who want to be near Frankfurt international airport as well as the city center of Frankfurt which is 15-20 minutes away by car.
