The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

22 minutes from the airport, the fully equipped apartment with private access (1 bedroom with a box spring double bed, 1 combined kitchen/living room, bathroom and wardrobe) is super central yet quiet in the popular district of Groß-Gerau. Public parking is available free of charge. The apartment, which is half in the basement, is south facing and therefore bright and friendly.

it's a really cosy, luminous apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. There is also a sauna in the apartment, which is for private use only for our guests. You will find some supplies for breakfast. It's a very comfortable place to stay for those who want to be near Frankfurt international airport as well as the city center of Frankfurt which is 15-20 minutes away by car.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home.
