Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Sit back and feel comfortable at this quiet, stylish place, completed in the summer of 2022. Hiking through the national park nds. Wadden Sea with the Langwarder Groden, watching fish butterflies in Fedderwardersiel and then you relax in the infrared sauna. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with box spring bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a wallbox for electric cars. You will find storage facilities for bicycles or charging facilities in the barn.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living room/bedroom with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. The house has a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.
