Fantastic norderdiekhuus - Apartment West

norderdiekhuus is within walking distance of the beach and has just been fundamentally renovated and gently modernized. The light-filled apartment has been decorated with minimalist and high quality and you can enjoy a wide view over the Eiderstedter meadows. With three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and one guest toilet, one Danish design kitchen and modern fireplace, it offers a wonderful retreat. From the house you walk in about 10 minutes along the dike to the beach.

Dream location incl. large garden (apartment on the first floor)

This stylish place is perfect for 2-6 people, even with a dog. If you want to take "vacation as at home", but want to enjoy the proximity to nature in a spacious garden and the immediate access to the dyke, is the right place with us. The house offers two spacious residential units with a total of 350 square meters on a plot of 1,500 square meters. The residential units can accommodate a total of 13 people. Right on the edge of the Hullen bird sanctuary in Nordkehdingen lies the small town of Balje. An agricultural area full of nature. The small thatched house on Deichstraße has a lot of history behind it and was completely renovated and newly expanded by me last year. The house is nestled in a natural garden. Apple trees, cherry trees, currant and jostaberry bushes create a nice feel-good atmosphere.

This cottage in Büsum was finished at the beginning of 2023. On 106m² there are 4 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna and a toilet. Outside, a terrace with storage shed and upstairs is a loggia. A spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace is the centerpiece of the house. There are also storage facilities for bicycles. Even dogs are welcome here.
