On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms as well as the living room have smart TVs. There is also a balcony and a fenced garden with a furnished terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and a shed.
