The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The sunny apartment with balcony, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of Himmelpforten. The train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the bakery and shopping. By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

Kreativ-Kate - Living in the thatched cottage, unrenovated

Our thatched-roof house is very rural in the middle of couples, our own chickens (crows included) and with occasional visit of some neighboring cats. The house is partly still unrenovated, but this changes gradually. With us you live with family connection, as we live right next door. The property offers a lot of space with meadow, forest and play equipment. With us, everyone comes to rest, whether with an extended walk, a good book or something else.

Small historic thatched roof skates from the 18th century! Monumental thatched roof skates directly on the old Elbe dyke near Krautsand. Very quietly located in a cul-de-sac. An optimal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Just outside the door you will find the Elberadweg where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. The 40 sqm apartment in a quiet residential area of Stade can accommodate 2 people. It includes a living/bedroom with double bed and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with tub/shower and underfloor heating. Tastefully decorated, it offers everything for a relaxing stay. The central location makes it possible to reach the historic Stader city center as well as the Barger Heide, a popular nature reserve, in minutes.

Beautiful one-room-apartment in the historic center of town. We renovated a small half-timbered house on the site of the naturopathic practice. Five minutes walk to nature. Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Exercise is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. Heiko's Souterrain Studio in the Center of Stade

Small but nice studio apartment in the heart of the old town of Stade. 3-5 minutes walk to the train station and city center, in a quiet location and just a few minutes from the meadows in the Schwingetal. The medical clinics can also be reached quickly on foot. Free parking space at the house. This studio is one of the cheapest ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.

Welcome to our small and lovingly furnished thatched cottage "Kleine Auszeit." Here between the moor and the Elbe, you can really enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.
