Apartment near centre, sleeps 2-10

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. The apartment is located in the basement and has a size of 32 sqm. There is a bedroom, kitchen, small shower room and a separate toilet. There is space for 2 bicycles in the hallway. The apartment has a small backyard, which can be reached by exiting the bedroom window.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Enjoy your stay in a quiet side street just a few meters from Aachen Central Station. The center with city hall, cathedral and Elisenbrunnen is only about 1 km away.
