The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. I am a photographer, book a photo-shoot for a special deal :)

Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

Moderne Wohnung mit sehr großem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Großer Südwest Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande des Südviertels nahe am Hangeweiher-Park. Sehr ruhige Lage. In 15 Gehminuten erreicht man den Hbf oder die Innenstadt. Ein Edekamarkt, Pennymarkt, Kiosk, Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle etc. sind binnen wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz in der Garage kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
