Walk to the Royal Military Canal or visit Hythe Beach along with Port Lympne Zoo, just over a mile along the road. Enjoy a stroll around the independent shops, restaurants and cafe's of Hythe High Street just 7 minutes in the car. Eurostar is 10 minutes drive. The peace and quiet of the area, along with natures many visitors to the garden and woods enables you to unwind and relax.

The Honey Barn

Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

Fantastic views over the countryside. The Hive lodge is a recently and lovingly restored space which can accommodate up to 4 people for cosy, romantic and family friendly retreats. You really get the best of both worlds between the seaside and countryside The Hive is set in the grounds of Copperfield Stables.

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden.
