Situated in an Area of Outstand Natural Beauty and Conservation Area, within a few minutes walk of Lympne Castle. Walk to the Royal Military Canal or visit Hythe Beach along with Port Lympne Zoo, just over a mile along the road. Enjoy a stroll around the independent shops, restaurants and cafe's of Hythe High Street just 7 minutes in the car. Eurostar is 10 minutes drive. The peace and quiet of the area, along with natures many visitors to the garden and woods enables you to unwind and relax.

The Coach House is a beautifully converted cottage, it sits within the grounds of a larger country home and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Coach House has its own walled garden and drive way. Parking is 50m from the house The property provides spacious and bright accommodation for 2 people with a large conservatory overlooking own planted private garden. We keep chickens and sheep and invite you to see them. Garden to the main house can be viewed by arrangement. Tandem for hire too

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
