My grandparents used the summer cottage to find coolness in the hills. It has remained as it once was but has been updated inside to accommodate all year round. You will find a comfortable full bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and WiFi, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside, there is a small garden with a table and hammocks. Free parking and bus stop in front of the house. San Maurizio is at the top of the hill, tranquility and clean air and less than a 15-minute walk from the center.

It consists of two single beds, a French sofa bed, there is no kitchen but you will find a refrigerator, microwave and welcome essentials. In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, linen, soap for personal hygiene and essentials.

The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Form the house and the village direct access to tracking paths and bike rides.
