Renovated apartment in an old Bauges building, made of stone, between lake and mountain. You will enter through a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle in the shelter. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom equipped with a 120 x 80 walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy living room. Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.

A wonderful place to relax, to enjoy the space and the beautiful nature of Burgundy. The beautifully converted gîte is set on a property of more than two hectares with grassland, trees and has a nice view. This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.
