Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

I usually live in the 2-room apartment myself. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

A fine, very clean, quiet and close to the center of the 1-room apartment (3 stops to the center). Ideal for up to 3 people. If you like it a little more cozy, the four of you would also feel comfortable. Elevator. Coffee. Various teas. Salt, pepper, chili powder, and sunflower oil available. 2 City bicycles are available for rent zV. 1 bike 6€/day. 2 bikes €10/day.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
