The house is air-conditioned, bright, spacious, easy to reach and equipped with comfort. There are 5 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view reaches to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland Draisinen are on the road. On the terrace you can enjoy life with a coffee relaxation, which you can get from the coffee machine for free. What more could you want?

The location of this dream property in a secluded location is the ideal starting point for your individual vacation. In just 10 minutes you can reach the golf & spa region of Stegersbach, Bad Walterdorf or Bad Blumau. The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours in the area or just to enjoy a barbecue on the spacious terrace.

You'll feel right at home in this country house. You will stay in bright, beautiful rooms and high-quality furniture and loving decoration. Due to the ideal location near the spa world, variety is always provided, even in bad weather. Ebneso we are minutes away from the golf swing with 48 hole golf course. Not far from Rauchwarter swimming lake, both lovers of quiet nature vacations, but also culture enthusiasts and sports fans will get their money's worth.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person/night to be paid on site.
