We offer the basement in our house in an exclusive green location in the middle of the Vienna Woods with a garage space. It is 20 km to the city center of Vienna, 4 km to the highway and 20 km to the airport. There are many opportunities for leisure activities all around. In the immediate vicinity are a cinema, shopping center, restaurants, wine taverns, climbing rocks, police, countless hiking trails, castles, a spa, ski resorts... We have a dog (border collie). An extra bed is possible.
