The bus stops are 3 min walk from the place. The bedroom is equiped with a super king bed and there is a an extendable sofa in the living room. The flat is on the 5th floor. There is no elevator to the building.

In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
