We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to disconnect from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee (a few minutes' walk away), which, with its clear water, invites you to swim or go stand-up paddling. Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
