The attic apartment offers coziness on 45 square meters, light-flooded, naturally refurbished beams paired with modern accents. The terrace, as well as a place under the willow, invite you to relax. Here on the northern edge of the Upper Spree Forest, you are in the immediate vicinity of the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve and the Neu Zauche ferry port.

The holiday apartments are extensively equipped, the underfloor heating is operated by means of geothermal energy and its own PV system.
