Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, we will ask for the ID of one guest only, as well as payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax. Your data is only shared with the Garda Síochána and the local authority. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

According to ARTICLE 27 BIS LAW R.V. 11/2013, you will have to pay the landlord a tourist tax of 4 euros per day per person (children under 10 years old exempt and from 10 to 16 years old reduced by 50%), for a maximum period of 5 nights per person (for continuous stay) and MANDATORY at the time of check-in in cash.
