Located 200 m from the Crécy-en-Ponthieu forest, 12 km from the Bay of Somme (Le Crotoy / St Valéry sur Somme), 25 km from the large beaches for swimming (Quend/Fort-Mahon...) On the corner of the bar, foosball and billiards are available for total relaxation before enjoying the garden (garden furniture/barbecue)

Come and stay in a comfortable 1902 houseboat, completely renovated. You have a queen size bed and an extra bed for the 3rd person. The barbecue is set, enjoy the deck! Pets hosted free of charge. Watch your favorite shows on the internet TV, bubble, relax. You have at your disposal 2 city bikes for walking or shopping! We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
