The place is owned by a famous Croatian illustrator, so you can enjoy his artwork throughout the space.

A cozy and quiet studio apartment overlooking the park. The apartment is located 900m from the city center, 200 meters from the City Pools and Technology Park and 500m from the Anđelko Herjavec football stadium. The property is air-conditioned. Around the property and in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of free parking spaces, a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy and a post office.

Tram station is 230 meters away (3 minutes walk). It is a 35 minutes drive to center of town. Bus station to Ljubljanica (Remiza) is 10 meters from apartment :). Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
