Taras (miejsce obiadowe i wypoczynkowe) służy także do obserwacji przyrody. Obok domu stary sad (hamaki) słoneczne i zacienione miejsca dla szukających spokoju. Duża kuchnia. Jedna łazienka, prysznic.
