This apartment is set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood - meters away from the vibrant Smith St and Brunswick St. This neighbourhood is filled with hidden cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. The pictures I've posted here really speak for themselves - you'll feel spoilt in this warm, comfortable home. Ask the host, a hospitality professional, for recommendations of must-go, must-see, and must-eat-at places in this lively neighbourhood. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.
