You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

The living room will seduce you with its modern and cozy decor as well as its magnificent view of the much appreciated lake! On cooler evenings, you can enjoy the comforting warmth of the fireplace or, conversely, enjoy the beautiful days by admiring the view from the large balcony.

Le gite de la tour: Detached house located in the countryside in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
