The house has a private parking lot with an automated entrance and a small outdoor space. It can accommodate a maximum of five people. On the ground floor, there is a half bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Equipped with all comforts, and furnished as a true art gallery, where you can breathe a yesteryear fascinating atmosphere. Located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Perugia, in a neighborhood provided with all services, the apartment is very quiet, bright and it is surrounded by a an equipped lovely green space.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, the whole group will have easy access to all local attractions, located just 5 km from Perugia and 9 km from Assisi. A few steps away is the Ponte San Giovanni train station, just a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, and there are two pizzerias, two restaurants, a pharmacy, an ATM and a few shops nearby.
