It is located on the east coast of Istria, in a quiet village 15 km from Labin and the nearest airport Pula 45 km. In the extension of the terrace there is a private pool with a decorated beach with 8 deckchairs and 3 umbrellas. Casa Iria offers breathtaking views of the sea from which it is 1.5 km away. The nearest shop and restaurant are 2 km away in the Tunarica campsite, where you can also rent a kayak, pedal boat.

This gorgeous Villa is located on a hill above Opatija. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect for families, a group of friends or couples. This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
