A detached house built in 1890 has been completely renovated for a comfortable stay in a relaxing environment. It is located on the east coast of Istria, in a quiet village 15 km from Labin and the nearest airport Pula 45 km. This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
