The apartment is located in the very center of Broumov town and literally a few steps from the Broumov Monastery (230 m). The apartment has an area of 78 m2 and is suitable for families with up to 4 children or for a couple who likes space. There is a double bed (220 cm x 220 cm). Children's bunk bed with three beds (200cm x 90) for children under 16 + children's folding bed. The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building without an elevator. There is a shed in the garden inside the house where you can park your bikes.

The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. Byt je vhodný pro páry, skupinu přátel, rodinu s dětmi, ale i pro domácí mazlíčky (po předchozí domluvě 1 mazlíček, více mazlíčů pouze na žádost). V okolí najdete krásný barokní Broumovský klášter (200 m), CHKO Broumovsko a Adršpašsko-teplické skalní město.
